Join Mary Lou in this fun & supportive outdoors session designed to build fitness for every level and ability.

Each class is different and challenging using Mary Lou’s proven training methods from yoga, weight training, circuit training and core-building exercises. All weights & training equipment will be provided. All you need to bring is your yoga mat, a towel and yourself!

Practice yoga & fitness outdoors with Mary Lou with plenty of distancing and good vibes energy from working out together in a group.

Plentiful free parking at this lovely neighborhood park with plenty of shade in the trees. Brooks Park is located near Park Ridge in Chicago. Meet at the rear of the park, park at Odell and Estes and walk towards the yoga mats.

Bring along your yoga mat or towel and water to hydrate. Registration is required to participate.

Wear your mask on arrival. As long as 6 feet of distance can be maintained you do not need to wear your mask while exercising.

This is a small groups class and is suitable for all levels!
